This is a seasonal virtual workshop for those interested in multi-day cycling, trekking or other wilderness adventures. The series consists of five one-hour mental training sessions that explore optimal strategies for enduring the unexpected trials and tribulations of multi-day adventures. We will provide evidence-based strategies for improving motivation, focus, resilience, pain management and self-forgiveness. Additionally, we will discuss practical strategies for route management and packing. This course will help you embrace your bucket list adventure with confidence and excitement.
